FIRE, often referred to as 'the body shaper', is a 12-week strength training program designed to improve functional movement and body composition.
FIRE is a form of exercise that forces your skeletal muscles to contract. An external resistance, such as heavy weights, is used to cause the contractions, and those contractions lead to increases in muscular mass, strength, endurance, and tone. The FIRE program is designed specifically to build lean, strong muscles -- not bulk.
FIRE is a science-based system designed to permanently change your body shape through structured weight training.
Systematic and controlled, strength training produces excellent results for people of all ages. Currently our FIRE Program participants range in age from 14 to 60+!
Just like our classes, our FIRE Program is not only a great fitness activity, but a great opportunity to build friendships. Participants of the FIRE Program support and encourage one another, contributing to the achievement of both their own fitness goals and to those of all of the members of our fitness family.
