Anyone can join an ICE class or the FIRE program! Simply pre-register and Sheryl will get you all set-up. Registered participants will receive a recording and a PDF, which makes working-out on your own schedule convenient.

If you can not make a live zoom class at this time, all classes are recorded. The recording is of Sheryl only, no one else is visible. Recordings are sent to registered members after class. If you would like to request a free recording to try it out, please email us at sgbfitbodies@gmail.com.

We are so excited at SGB to welcome everyone back into the gym for our new Fall session. I can hardly wait to get back to coaching and serving my members, as well as meeting new members who are looking to get started and explore what we have to offer.

Our Winter Session begins January 3rd, 2022. We offer both In-person classes and programs as well as Virtual options. We want everyone to have the choice and the ability to take part in an effective exercise program where you feel secure and safe.

We have many time slots available and hope you will find an option that works for you. I am here to support and encourage you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

It’s fun, unedited, up-beat, and different every single class. No class is ever the same. This has been a very popular option for busy mom’s, nurses on shift work, and anyone who would just like to workout in the comfort of their own home.

Virtual FIRE is a strength program.

FIRE is designed using light to moderate dumbbells, bands, and body weight. It is a progressively adaptable program to improve strength, movement quality, and joint stability.

It is designed with the idea that most participants do not have a lot of weights and equipment available to them at home. We are creative with program design to stimulate strength gains and improvements in the comfort of your home, with the equipment available to you.
