ICE classes, although structured, are modifiable, meaning you receive the optimum benefit from your workout because it is modified just for you!
ICE classes are a lot of fun and great way to meet people! Check our schedule for a class that works with your schedule, and remember, drop ins are welcome outside of in-session classes.
